About Form NEW

Do I start from scratch?

No. We copy your existing plan and clear only the parts that belong to the old employer, so your own details carry over. That is the whole point of keeping your documents.

Does my new employer also need E-Verify?

Yes. Every STEM OPT employer must be enrolled in E-Verify, and you will need their company ID.
